I'm here for the 2014 U.S. Open and the USCF Annual Meeting. GM Dmitry Gurevich is representing Chicago, and Jeff Wiewel is one of the TDs. (Jeff and I were on the same flight yesterday.) Standings are here.
My mother, sister, and brother-in-law were kind enough to visit Orlando from the Gulf Coast, so I've already had plenty of fun in the first 24 hours. My sister gave me a garage sale Mickey Mouse umbrella (pictured).
