Once you have determined the instructor you’d like to book, you will be directed to our private lessons page to select your preferred lesson time. After you’ve purchased your lesson, please email us regarding your preferred coach. All of our instructors are excellent, so if you haven’t decided on who you’d like to book, no worries! We will set you up with one that best suits your needs.
Edwin Walker
is a lifelong chess player and experienced chess coach. He is excellent at meeting students where they are; blending fun with learning. He coaches children and adults in skill levels beginner to intermediate.
He is also a tournament director, and participates in major tournaments.
Drew Bell
is a dedicated chess enthusiast with two decades of experience. He’s had the privilege of competing at high levels, facing formidable opponents, and participating in tournaments across the country, marked by victories and defeats. He has a commitment to continuous improvement! Chess is his passion.
Drew’s goal is to help students develop an understanding of the game, improve decision-making, enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. No matter your level of experience, he’s committed to creating a supportive, fun, engaging learning environment where you can thrive and achieve your chess goals.
Adrian Majerle
is an experienced chess player who enjoys blitz games! Adrian helps beginner to intermediate players build strong fundamentals and confidence. He teaches core principles, introduces strategy step by step, and uses game reviews to help students learn from mistakes. His clear, patient approach keeps lessons engaging and supports steady improvement.
