Summary: USCF Rated Classical Chess at the Chicago Chess Center. One game, played every Monday. Allowed up to two half-point byes. You can also register for an individual week, if you can only play one game.

Format:
Four rounds (one per week) of G/90, inc/30.
Pairings will be designed to minimize rating difference between opponents (Monrad Swiss)
Schedule: Five rounds, one round per week, every Monday (12/01-12/29) at 6:15 PM.
Registration: Free, CCC and USCF membership required. You can also register for just one week, if desired.
Prizes: For 1st place per section: Trophy or free entry to one future CCC tournament. All children who score 50% or higher will receive a medal!
Lecture Info/Schedule:
This lecture is free and included upon signing up for the Monday Open tournament. All registered players may participate!
Lecture runs from 5pm to 6pm on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th week.
Games from the previous round will be evaluated in a group lecture the following week starting week 2 12/08 at 5pm. Week 2 games will be evaluated on week 3 12/15, and so on.
Any participants rated 1600 and under may submit their games no less than 4 days in advance of the lecture. Submit games to: td@chichess.org.
