Summary: Four-time US chess champion GM Alexander Shabalov is coming to the Chicago Chess Center! Shabalov will give a 45-minute lecture, followed by a simultaneous exhibition. 

Schedule: (FREE) Lecture starts at 5:30 PM, simul starts subsequently after.

Registration: $20 online from 04/15-04/22, $30 after that. 

Affordability: If you are unable to afford the entry fee, please contact us.

 Prizes: All players who win against GM Alexander Shabalov will receive either a free entry to a CCC tournament of their choice OR a trophy. Players who draw the GM receive a medal.

 Transportation: We are right next to the Harrison Red Line, Lasalle Blue Line, and Harold Washington Library Loop stop. Additionally, we are 1 mile from Union Station and 1.3 miles from Ogilvie.

Parking: Paid parking is available behind Dearborn Station, but there is also street parking, lots, and garages nearby.
